Refined Builders Opens Collier County Office as Company Marks 10-Year Milestone

Refined Builders opened its new Collier County office April 1, 2026, at 9115 Galleria Court.

NAPLES, Fla. — Refined Builders has opened a new office at 9115 Galleria Court, marking a return to Collier County as the company enters its 10th year in business.

Located in the Maxwell Mortgage Building, the office opened April 1 and will serve as a central space for client meetings, project coordination and daily operations. The new location reestablishes the company’s presence in the market after closing its previous office during the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We’re excited to be back in Collier County with a dedicated space where we can meet with clients and support projects more efficiently,” said Cali Clardy, office manager of Refined Builders. “Having a physical office allows for more direct collaboration as we guide clients through the building process.”

Refined Builders specializes in high-end residential construction, including new builds and renovations, as well as select office and commercial projects. The company works with both end users and investment clients across Southwest Florida.

The opening follows a milestone year for the company. Refined Builders is celebrating 10 years in business in 2026. Clardy also recently completed a two-term presidency with the Collier Building Industry Association at the end of 2025.

The new office provides a dedicated setting for client meetings, design discussions and project planning as the company continues its work throughout the region. For more information, visit refinedbuildersllc.com.

When a Top Luxury Realtor Designs Her Own Naples Home

When one of her agents sent a listing for a Mediterranean home in Aqualane Shores, Dawn McKenna bought it sight unseen. As founder of the Dawn McKenna Group—a luxury real estate firm spanning Chicago, Naples and Park City, Utah—she knew and loved the neighborhood. For many, the 1990s relic would have been a prime candidate for teardown, but McKenna could see the bones were worth saving. “It’s not an era known for its architectural significance, but they did get a few things right,” she says.

Among them: a ‘bigger is better’ mentality that offered plenty of square footage, high ceilings and a workable floor plan. She enlisted Chicago-based interior designer Kelly Hurliman to help reimagine the home. “Kelly and I think similarly, we share this curiosity and sense of wonder and love for beautiful things; we’re storytellers,” McKenna says. “She’s very good at refining that last layer that makes a house a home.”

The goal was to create an inviting space for her growing family. She and her husband have four grown children and are expecting their first grandchild. “I wanted to create an experience where they couldn’t wait to get here and didn’t want to leave,” McKenna says. At about 4,000 square feet, the home is ample, but not huge by modern-day standards. “We’re all together, but we’ve also got privacy. It’s just enough,” she says.
